Company
Paktos Markets LLC is a limited liability company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Here is exactly what that means.

We confirm the identity and address of every client before they can deposit or trade, and we pay withdrawals only to an account in the client’s own name.
Paktos Markets LLC holds a company registration in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, not a financial services licence. The Financial Services Authority there does not license or supervise forex or CFD brokerage, and we never describe our registration as a licence.
FAQ
Paktos Markets LLC is an online broker registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, company number 4520 LLC 2026. It offers contracts for difference (CFDs) on forex, metals and indices through MetaTrader 5.
No. Paktos Markets LLC is a registered company, not a licensed or regulated broker. The Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines does not regulate, monitor, supervise or license forex or CFD brokerage, and no other financial regulator authorises us.
That means you would not have access to the compensation schemes or ombudsman services that protect clients of regulated firms.
A contract for difference lets you trade on the rise or fall of a price without owning the asset. You can go long or short, and you trade with leverage, so a small deposit controls a much larger position. Leverage magnifies losses in exactly the same way it magnifies gains.
You can lose all of the money in your account, and losses can build quickly because CFDs are leveraged. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and read our risk disclosure before you start.
CFDs on major and minor currency pairs, gold and silver, and leading stock indices. The full list of instruments, with their trading hours and contract details, is shown in MetaTrader 5.

When accounts open, the funding methods available to you are shown in your client area. Withdrawals are paid back to an account in your own name, normally the one you deposited from.
Not yet. When it launches, you will be able to follow a strategy provider and copy their trades into your own account. A strategy’s past results are not a reliable guide to its future results, and you remain responsible for your account.

Trading CFDs carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. This summary explains the main risks. It does not cover every risk, and it is not advice.
A contract for difference (CFD) is a contract between you and Paktos Markets LLC that pays the difference in an asset’s price between when you open a position and when you close it. You don’t own the asset. CFDs are traded on margin: you deposit a fraction of the position’s value, and leverage multiplies the effect of every price move on your account. A small move against you can cost you a large part of your money, or all of it.
If losses reduce your account below the margin needed to keep your positions open, you may need to add funds quickly. If you don’t, or if the market moves too fast, your positions can be closed automatically at a loss, at the next available price, which may be worse than you expected.
Prices can move sharply, especially around economic news and when markets open. Prices can also jump from one level to another without trading in between, so a stop-loss order is not guaranteed to close your position at the price you set.
You pay the spread on every trade and may pay commission, depending on your account. Positions held overnight are charged or credited a financing amount, known as a swap. Costs reduce any profit and add to any loss. Their details are shown in MetaTrader 5.
If you trade an instrument priced in a currency other than your account currency, changes in exchange rates affect your profit or loss.
When copy trading launches, copying a strategy provider will mean their decisions trade your money. Their past results are not a reliable guide to the future, your results can differ from theirs because of timing, account size and costs, and you remain responsible for every trade in your account.
Paktos Markets LLC is not licensed or regulated as a broker. Your trades are contracts with us, not trades on an exchange. There is no compensation scheme or ombudsman for you to turn to if something goes wrong, including if we become unable to pay what we owe you.
Trading depends on your device, your internet connection and our systems. Outages, delays and errors can stop you opening or closing positions when you want to.
We do not give investment advice or personal recommendations. Anything we publish is general information, and you decide what to trade.
You are responsible for any tax on your trading. Tax rules depend on where you live and can change.
Your client agreement and full risk disclosure, provided when you open an account, set out the terms that apply to you. Read them before you trade, and get independent advice if you are unsure.
